About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. to state Item 10 of the Regulations on the Single system of air traffic management approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 23, 1999 No. 1308, in the following edition:
"10. For the purpose of implementation of executive, allowing and control functions on the organization of use of airspace of the Republic of Belarus, and also management of activities of military and civil operational bodies of the Single system in the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Transport and Communications military and civil governing bodies of the Single system are created respectively.";
1.2. in the Regulations on Transport inspection of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 4, 2002 No. 1218:
add Item 1 with words ", except for control in the field of civil aviation";
state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. The main objective of Transport inspection is control of compliance with law in the field of transport activities by producers of transport works and services under the organization of transportations automobile, railway, inland water transport.";
