About modification of Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning implementation of the electronic document management connected with legislative process

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved by the Law of Ukraine "About Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. No. 14-17, of Art. 133; 2012, No. 29, Art. 335), following changes:

Part the second Article 91 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2. The documents specified in parts one and third this Article are created in the single automated system according to the procedure, determined by the relevant provision which affirms the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (further - the single automated system), and move in the form of originals of electronic documents on which the qualified digital signature of the person having power to initiate legislation or representing the body given such right is imposed";

Part third of Article 92 to state 2) in the following edition:

"3. Offers, amendments, the conclusions to bills are represented to the office of the Verkhovna Rada or is direct in committee or in the temporary special commission which are determined main by the relevant bills, in the form of originals of the electronic documents created in the single automated system on which the qualified digital signature of the person having power to initiate legislation or representing the body given such right is imposed";

3) in Article 97:

the first offer of part one to state in the following edition:

"Concerning each bill included in the agenda of session of the Verkhovna Rada, the Office of the Verkhovna Rada and the main committee in the single automated system process case of the bill in the form of electronic documents";
