Article 12 to add 1) with part six of the following content:

"When implementing protection of correctional facilities and pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system for the purpose of protection of life and health of citizens, workers of criminal executive system, the convicts, suspects and persons accused who are held in custody from illegal actions suppression of finding of pilotless aircrafts in airspace over correctional facilities, pre-trial detention centers of criminal executive system and the territories adjoining to them on which regime requirements, by means of suppression or transformation of signals of remote control of pilotless aircrafts, impact on their control panels, and also damages or destructions of data of courts are established is allowed.
