About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, of 42, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", in connection with review and reduction of rates for separate services which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine, according to requirements of the legislation of Ukraine which determine types of banking activities (services) for which the National Bank of Ukraine levies payment, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. In paragraph seven of Item 1 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2003 No. 333 "About approval of rates for services (transactions) which are provided (are performed) by the National Bank of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 10, 2003 for No. 784/8105 (with changes) "Certification center of the National Bank of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words words "certification center".
2. Make changes to Rates for the services provided by Certification center of the National Bank of Ukraine and the accredited center of certification of keys of the National Bank of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2003 No. 333, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 1, 2011 for No. 249/18987 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 12, 2018 No. 39), having been reworded as follows them which is applied.
