Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 31, 2002 No. 63-FZ "About lawyer activities and legal profession in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 23, Art. 2102; 2003, No. 44, Art. 4262; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; No. 52, Art. 5267; 2007, No. 31, Art. 4011; 2011, No. 29, Art. 4291; No. 48, Art. 6727; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4394; 2016, No. 23, Art. 3284; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4818) following changes:

Item 2 of Article 11 to add 1) with paragraphs of the following content:

"Testing is held with use of the single automated information system providing the automated anonymous check of results of testing.

Requirements to the single automated information system of testing are established by council of Federal chamber of lawyers.";

Paragraph two of Item 3 of Article 15 to state 2) in the following edition:

"The lawyer whose status is suspended, after adoption of the relevant decision by council of Chamber of Advocates the certificates in territorial authority of justice which issued these certificates shall hand over person whose status of the lawyer is stopped and.";

3) in Article 16:

a) in Item 1:

state subitem 1 in the following edition:

"1) election (appointment) of the lawyer to position in public authority or local government body;";

add with the subitem 5 of the following content:

"5) submission by the lawyer of the statement for suspension of the status of the lawyer on personal circumstances in council of Chamber of Advocates.";

b) add Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Operation of the code of professional ethics of the lawyer extends to the lawyer whose status is suspended.";

c) add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:
