About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2014 No. 20

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus of May 27, 2014 No. 20 "About approval of Aviation rules of providing the state aircraft of the Republic of Belarus with aeronautical information" the following changes:
1.1. to exclude from preamble of the word "Questions of the Central Bodies of Military Management of Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve Aviation rules of providing the state aircraft of the Republic of Belarus with aeronautical information (are applied).";
1.3. in the Aviation rules of providing the state aircraft of the Republic of Belarus with aeronautical information approved by this resolution:
from subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the word" (2006, No. 190, 5/24224)" to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus;
in item 4:
in subitem 4.1.1:
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"bodies of ANI of air units and central command post of the Air Force and troops of air defense. Functions of body of ANI of the specified air units and the command post are assigned to their officials (official) in the procedure established according to the legislation;";
