1. Create Advisory council of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning support and development of small and medium entrepreneurship (further - Advisory council) according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. Approve Regulations on Advisory council according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. Working body of Advisory council to determine Management of non-productive payments of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. I reserve control of execution of this order.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
