1. Approve the enclosed Rules of the organization and conducting checks of condition of control and economic work and compliance with law of the Republic of Kazakhstan in tax authorities.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 8, 2001 No. 1399 "About approval of Methodical instructions for conducting checks in tax authorities, departments, JSC Agency on Reorganization and Liquidation of the Companies, territorial subdivisions and branches concerning correctness of application of regulations of the legislation".

3. To management of internal work of MF RK Oil Company (Iskakov D. I.) bring this order to the Tax Committees on areas and the cities of Astana, Almaty, in the territory of special economic zones and Interregional Tax MF RK Oil Company of the Committee No. 1.

4. To chairmen of the Tax Committees on areas and the cities of Astana, Almaty when conducting checks in the subordinate Tax Committees to be guided by this order.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
