About modification of the Instruction about interbank money transfer in Ukraine in national currency

According to Articles 7, 15, 40, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and in connection with introduction in Ukraine of the international bank account number IBAN Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Instruction about interbank money transfer in Ukraine in national currency approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 16, 2006 No. 320, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 06, 2006 for No. 1035/12909 (with changes), such changes:

1) in Item 3 of Chapter 2 of the Section I:

to exclude the paragraph of the eighth.

With respect thereto the ninth - the twelfth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the eighth - the eleventh;

the ninth to exclude the paragraph;

4, of the 6th Item 8 of Chapter 2 of the Section III of the word "and codes" to exclude 2) in subitems;

In paragraphs five and the seventh Item 5 of Chapter 4 of the Section VI of the word "and codes" to exclude 3);

Shall be replaced with words 4) in appendix 3 to the Instruction of the word "Chief Accountant (or His Deputy)" "The chief accountant (or other authorized person)".

2. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Olga Vasilyeva) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine and the Public treasurer service of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
