Article 1

Article 62 to state 1) in the following edition:

"Article 62. Issue of documents, work-related, and their copies

According to the written application of the worker the employer shall no later than three working days from the date of submission of this statement to issue to the worker the service record (except as specified if according to this Code, other Federal Law the service record on the worker is not kept) for the purpose of its compulsory social insurance (providing), the copy of documents, work-related (copies of the order on employment, orders on transfers into other work, the dismissal order from work; statements from the service record (except as specified if according to this Code, other Federal Law the service record on the worker is not kept); certificates of the salary, of the assessed and actually paid insurance premiums for mandatory pension insurance, of the work period at this employer and another). Copies of documents, work-related, shall be certified properly and be provided to the worker gratuitously.

The worker to whom the employer issued the service record according to part one of this Article shall no later than three working days from the date of receipt of the service record in the body performing compulsory social insurance (providing) to return it to the employer.
