The paragraph of the sixth of Item 278 of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and the capacity approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 27, 2010 No. 1172 "About approval of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the organization of functioning of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 14, Art. 1916; 2019, No. 5, of the Art. 389) to add with the offer of the following content: "When carrying out selection of projects of upgrade with the beginning of delivery of capacity in 2025 the capacity amount within which Government Commission on Electricity Generation makes the decision can be in addition increased according to the decision of said commission for each price zone of the wholesale market with observance of condition about total not exceeding for 2 price zones of the wholesale market of amount of capacity within which this Commission makes the decision, equal 2500 MW.".
