About modification of Item 40 of Rules of the wholesale market of electrical energy and capacity

"40) the bases of agreement cancelation of purchase and sale (delivery) of capacity according to which trade in capacity in the wholesale market with use of methods is performed, stipulated in Item 4 these rules, including:

agreement of agreement parties;

exception of the agreement party of the register of subjects of the wholesale market and (or) the termination of participation in trade in the wholesale market with use of group of points of delivery of the subject of the wholesale market concerning which delivery (purchase) of capacity is performed;

exception of the generating object of the list of the generating objects determined by the Government of the Russian Federation according to subitems 10 and 15 of Item 4, Item 114 of these rules and Item 8 of article 23.1 of the Federal law "About Power Industry";

the bases provided by Items 120, 120(1), 121 and 281 these rules;

41) procedure for agreement cancelation of purchase and sale (delivery) for capacity according to which trade in capacity in the wholesale market with use of methods, stipulated in Item 4 these rules is performed.".
