3. Gross violation of procedure for activities of the foreign mass media performing functions of the foreign agent, and (or) the Russian legal entity founded by it performing functions of the foreign agent -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens in the amount of hundred thousand rubles or administrative detention for a period of up to fifteen days; on officials - two hundred thousand rubles; on legal entities - five million rubles.
