About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" in connection with isolation of activities for transportation of natural gas

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. The Section IX "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About public purchases" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 9, the Art. 89, No. 21, Art. 407; 2017, No. 1, Art. 3; 2018, 50, the Art. 400) to add No. with Items 4-2 and 4-3 of such content:

"4-2. Determine that for the purpose of accomplishment of the requirements for isolation and independence of the operator of gas-transport system established by the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" in the obligations which arose based on the agreements signed by results of procedures of purchases of the goods, works and services which are carried out by the customer who stopped implementation of activities for transportation of natural gas in connection with fulfillment of requirements about isolation and independence of the operator of gas-transport system replacement of the party can one-timely be performed provided that the new customer was certified by authorized body according to requirements of the law on department and independence and continues to perform the corresponding type of economic activity instead of such customer. Replacement of the party in such obligations is performed according to the procedure, established by regulations of the Civil code of Ukraine.
