Chapter 20 to add 1) with Article 20.35 of the following content:

"Article 20.35. Violation of requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) and objects (territories) of the religious organizations

1. Violation of requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) or hindrance of activities of person for implementation of the obligation assigned to it on accomplishment or providing requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories), except as specified, provided by part 2 of this Article, Articles 11.15.1 and 20.30 of this Code if these actions do not contain signs of penal act, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from three thousand to five thousand rubles; on officials - from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles or disqualification for a period of six months up to three years; on legal entities - from hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.

Violation of requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the religious organizations or hindrance of activities of person for implementation of the obligation assigned to it on accomplishment or providing requirements to anti-terrorist security of objects (territories) of the religious organizations if these actions do not contain signs of penal act, -

attracts imposing of administrative penalty on citizens at the rate from three thousand to five thousand rubles; on officials - from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles; on legal entities - from fifty thousand to hundred thousand rubles.";

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for paragraphs of the fifth and sixth Item 1 of article 1 of this Federal Law.

2. Paragraphs of the fifth and sixth of Item 1 of article 1 of this Federal Law become effective since May 1, 2020.
