About modification of some decisions of the State agency of anti-monopoly regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

In pursuance of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for determination, application and control of the minimum level of reference prices on the goods imported on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic from state members of the Eurasian Economic Union" of October 12, 2016 No. 537, according to the order of the State agency of anti-monopoly regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 30, 2017 No. 1,

I ORDER:

1. Bring in orders of the State agency of anti-monopoly regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the following changes:

- in Item 1 of the order of February 24, 2017 No. 8 and in Item 1 of the order of March 14, 2017 No. 12 of the word "of 16.12.2016 No. 197" shall be replaced with words "of November 30, 2017 No. 1";

- in Item 1 of the order of September 25, 2017 No. 35 and in Item 1 of the order of February 14, 2018 No. 7 of the word "of December 16, 2016 No. 197" shall be replaced with words "of November 30, 2017 No. 1";

- in Item 1 of the order of June 14, 2018 No. 21 and in Item 1 of the order of August 9, 2019 No. 21 of the word "of December 16, 2016 No. 197" shall be replaced with words "of November 30, 2017 No. 1".

2. To management of regulated spheres (Mamatomorov):

- bring this order to the attention of the interested ministries and departments;

- take measures for placement of information on the decision made by this order on the official site of the State agency of anti-monopoly regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on Taylakov K. D., the deputy director of the State agency of anti-monopoly regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
