About modification of article 151 of the Law on social benefit No. 133/2008

Art. I. – In Item b) parts (1) article 151 of the Law on social benefit No. 133/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 179, Art. 625), with subsequent changes, to replace figures of "1,95" with figures of "2,2".
Art. II. – (1) This law becomes effective since January 1, 2020.
(2) to the Government in three-months time from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it.
