About introduction of amendments to article 26 of the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In article 26 of the Law on the public pension system No. 156/1998 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 247), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

Art. II. – (1) This law becomes effective since January 1, 2020.

(2) to the Government:

a) in a month from the date of publication of this law to bring the regulations into accord with it;

b) according to this law to review pensions for provided in Item a) parts (1) article 25 of the Law No. 156/1998 of categories of receivers of pensions on the occasion of loss of the supporter, established till January 1, 2020.
