About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
Based on paragraphs of third, the fifth, the sixth, eighth and ninth article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2009 "About commodity exchanges" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 10-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. No. 714 "About measures for development of stock exchange trading at commodity exchanges" to add the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2004 with item 4 of the following content:
"4. Grant the right to the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade to explain questions of application of this resolution.";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 6, 2009 No. 1039 "About some measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About commodity exchanges":
add the resolution with Item 2-1 of the following content:
"2-1. Grant the right to the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade to explain questions of application of this resolution.";
to be reworded as follows the structure of coordination council on exchange trade approved by this resolution it (is applied);
1.3. No. 839 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 8, 2015 "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About commodity exchanges" to add the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 8, 2015 with Item 2-1 of the following content:
