About introduction of amendments to article 14 of the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2019 No. 300/2018

Art. I. – In article 14 of the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2019 No. 300/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 504-511, 838), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

part (to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) Rates for the services in issue of social payments rendered by the payment service providers chosen as receivers on the basis of the statement who provide payment transfer are established in the amount of 0,7 of percent of the total amount issued current budget year as the payments financed by means of the government budget and budget of the national social insurance.";

in part (words "the amount issued" shall be replaced with words 11) "the total amount issued current budget year";

part (to state 2) in the following edition:

"(2) After closing of month on payments in case of submission of reports by the payment service providers chosen as receivers on the basis of the statement and submission of supporting documents by them the National cash desk of social insurance pays monthly the amounts which are due for services in issue of social payments it agrees to the rate established in the agreement. Regulation of the annual amounts which are due for services in issue of social payments is performed between National cash desk of social insurance and payment service providers until the end of the current fiscal year.".

Art. II. – This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
