Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 29, 2018 No. 1746 "About approval of Rules of provision of data on state registration of the acts of civil status containing in the Unified state register of civil registrations, and recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 1, the Art. 41).

1. Add with Item 3 (1) the following content:
"3(1). For the purpose of forming of reliable official statistical information about natural movement of the population to recommend to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation which competence includes the organization of activities for state registration of acts of civil status in the territories of subjects of the Russian Federation, and to provide to the local government bodies given the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation authority on state registration of acts of civil status access of subjects of the Russian Federation to executive bodies in the field of health protection to the health certificates on death which are stored in the bodies performing state registration of acts of civil status for their check regarding completeness and quality of coding of causes of death.".
2. In Rules of provision of data on state registration of the acts of civil status containing in the Unified state register of the civil registrations approved by the specified resolution:
