According to the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning reset of the power", I ORDER to the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228,:

1. To state Item 1 of the Section III of the Procedure for the conducting office investigations in the Public criminal and executive service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 12, 2015 No. 356/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 19, 2015 for No. 295/26740, in the following edition:

"1. The Minister of Justice of Ukraine or person fulfilling its duties has the right to appoint office investigations on all bases determined by this Procedure concerning all categories of faces of the private and the commanding structure of bodies and organizations.".

2. To department of the public law (Kravchenko L. N.) submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Vasilik V. V.
