2. Determine that the expenses connected with implementation of this Decree are performed within the means provided to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic for the corresponding years.
3. To impose control of execution of this Decree on department of foreign policy of the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This Decree becomes effective after 7 working days from the date of official publication.
