1. Bring in the resolution of the State committee on standardization of the Republic of Belarus of October 30, 2007 No. 55 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for submission of information on technical regulatory legal acts for forming of National fund of technical regulatory legal acts and reference databank of legal information of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1.1. state the name in the following edition:
"About approval of the Instruction about requirements to submission of information on technical regulatory legal acts";
1.2. in preamble of the word "According to the Decree" shall be replaced with words "Based on paragraph two of part one of subitem 1.3 of Item 1 of the Decree";
1.3. state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve the Instruction about requirements to submission of information on technical regulatory legal acts it (is applied).";
1.4. in Item 2:
shall be replaced with words words of NP RUP to "The research and production republican unitary enterprise";
exclude the words "Republic of Belarus";
