Item 1 of part 4.1 of Article 20 to state 1) in the following edition:
"1) the beginnings of implementation by condominium, housing, housing cooperative or other specialized consumer cooperative of activities for management of apartment houses according to the notification on the beginning of implementation of the specified activities provided to body of the state housing supervision;";
2) in Article 110:
a) to add part 6 after the words "about the choice of method of management of the apartment house by housing cooperative" with the words "and notification on the beginning of implementation of activities for management of the apartment house";
b) add with parts 6.1 and 6.2 of the following content:
"6.1. In case of the conclusion the housing cooperative of the contract of management of the apartment house with management company of housing cooperative within five working days from the date of the conclusion of the specified agreement represents to body of the state housing supervision of the data on the conclusion of the specified agreement according to the procedure established by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of housing and communal services.
