1. In Regulations on the licensing of educational activities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 28, 2013 No. 966 "About licensing of educational activities" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 44, Art. 5764; 2016, No. 47, Art. 6658):
a) to state the subitem "b" of Item 2 in the following edition:
"b) the executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation performing delegated powers of the Russian Federation in the field of education - concerning the organizations performing educational activities in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation (except for the organizations performing educational activities, specified in the subitem "an" of this Item), and also the branches of the specified organizations located in other subjects of the Russian Federation.";
b) add Item 21 with the paragraph of the following content:
