For the purpose of implementation of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2004 to No. 1303 "About approval of the list of the authorized state bodies responsible for collection and the non-tax receipts exercising control of receipt", I ORDER:
1. Approve:
1) the list of the structural divisions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan responsible for collection of non-tax receipts in the government budget, according to appendix No. 1 to this order;
2) the list of the structural divisions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan exercising control on ensuring with state bodies completeness and timeliness of receipt of non-tax receipts in the government budget according to appendix No. 2 to this order.
2. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Uzbekov G. N.
3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2005.
