1. in the Standard agreement of insurance of professional responsibility of the lawyers approved by the specified order:

add Item 1 with subitem 4-1) in the following edition:

"4-1) Strakhova interest - valuable interest of the insurer (insured, the beneficiary) in prevention of risks and non-admission of loss occurrence, except for events which can be provided under the agreement of accumulative insurance.";

state Item 10 in the following edition:

"10. Are understood as professional mistakes:

1) omission of procedural terms;

2) improper paperwork;

3) not notice of person which according to the agreement is given legal aid, about effects of the made legal acts which entailed causing to it harm;

4) loss or spoil of the documents received by the Insurer (Insured person) from the client for rendering legal aid;

5) illegal disclosure of the data which are lawyer secret.";

state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. Proof of loss occurrence, and also the losses caused to them lies on the insurer (the beneficiary insured).".

2. To provide to department of registration service and organization of legal services of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
