suppression of resistance shown by the violator to employees of divisions of transport safety in case of execution of the job responsibilities assigned to them;

detentions of persons overtaken in case of crime execution or administrative offense on objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles if specified persons try to disappear or good reasons to believe are had that they intend to show armed resistance to employees of divisions of transport safety.";
