1. Approve Methodology of calculation, approvals and use of regulated prices and rates for production of electrical and heat energy, for services in distribution and delivery of heat energy it (is applied).

2. Recognize invalid Methodology of determination, approval and application of rates for production of electrical, heat energy and on the water for feed approved by the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 147 of August 25, 2004.
