Determine that rates for the electrical energy made from natural gas in the territory of the Republic of Belarus by the individual entrepreneurs and legal entities who are not part of the national production association of power industry of Belenergo (further – electric power producers), and released to the power supplying organizations of this consolidation, are determined by electric power producers in Belarusian rubles for 1 kW · h without the value added tax (further – the VAT) in case of the official rate of Belarusian ruble in relation to US dollar, and since July 1, 2022 – to Russian ruble, established by National Bank and applied by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade in case of annual price fixation on the natural gas released by the gas supplying organizations which are part of the national production association on fuel and gasification of Beltopgaz (further – the gas supplying organizations), on formula
