About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 23, 2018 No. 280 "About some questions of temporary customs control zones, places of temporary storage and duty-free shops" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 16549, it is published on March 26, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes and amendments:

in Requirements to arrangement, arrangement and the equipment of duty-free shops, including equipment by system of video surveillance, in the rules of their organization and functioning approved by the specified order:

add with Item 2-1 of the following content:

"2-1. The MBT approved and intended only for realization of foreign goods as supplies onboard the aircraft as trade floor use parts of utility rooms (in case of their availability) or warehouses MBT.";

in Rules of sales of goods in the duty-free shops approved by the specified order:

add with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. Realization of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of duty-free trade as supplies, is performed by giving by the owner of MBT of the declaration on goods.

In case of return of foreign goods, unrealized onboard the aircraft, the owner of MBT places these goods under customs procedure of duty-free trade according to the procedure, established by Chapter 35 of the Code.

At the same time to the room of foreign goods under customs procedure of duty-free trade the specified goods are placed on part of the room of MBT used as storage location of own goods.";
