About modification and amendments in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 24, 2015 No. 171 "About approval of rules of rendering communication services"

1. in Rules of rendering the services of cellular communication approved by the specified order:

add with the subitem 32) of the following content:

"32) provides at the choice of the subscriber, in the presence, the map of identification of the subscriber with function of support of the digital signature (for the SIM card).";

in Item 28:

9) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"9) in writing or orally (with the subsequent provision of the written application no later than 12 hours from the moment of the oral address), reports to mobile operator about damage (destruction), about loss (theft) of the subscriber device or card of identification of the subscriber for the purpose of blocking of its use. In doubtful cases the mobile operator requests the additional data confirming the subscriber's rights to this card of identification of the subscriber. Until blocking by mobile operator of the lost card of identification of the subscriber the subscriber incurs all obligations on fee of cellular communication;";
