This Instruction is subject to official publication and according to the solution of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia (the minutes of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia of September 27, 2019 No. 24) become effective from the date of entry into force of the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation on recognition No. 238n which voided the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation of June 3, 2013 "About approval of form of the standard agreement of mandatory pension insurance between non-state pension fund and insured person", No. 29424 registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on August 16, 2013.
