About modification of Rules of state registration of acts of civil status

1. Bring in item 4 of Chapter 2 of the Section III of Rules of state registration of the acts of civil status in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 18, 2000 No. 52/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 18, 2000 for No. 719/4940 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 24, 2010 No. 3307/5), the following changes:

"In case of presentation of type on permanent or temporary residence the body of state registration of acts of civil status performs its check by means of service of the Public migratory service of Ukraine according to data on invalid documents.

The foreigner or the stateless person in case of filing of application about state registration of scrap is warned about need for the cases provided by these rules, confirmations of the Public migratory service of Ukraine by territorial authority of legality of its stay in the territory of Ukraine on the date of state registration of scrap about what the corresponding entry in the statement for state registration of scrap which is fastened with its signature is made.".
