About additional measures for streamlining of wholesale and retail trade by consumer goods

For the purpose of streamlining of accounting of goods turnover and ensuring receipt of cash money supply in organizations of banks, the Cabinet of Ministers decides reducings issue and strengthening of fight against extra bank turnover of cash money supply, and also control of unreasonable growth of retail prices on consumer goods:

1. Specify to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, cities and areas, the State final committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, commercial banks absence from their party of due control in case of registration and opening of accounts of trade enterprises and organizations therefore the trade and intermediary structures which are artificially inflating retail prices are created.

2. Determine that:

calculations for self-produced sales of goods by legal entities to other legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can be made in cash form or via bank transfer, and also by means of corporate cards according to the legislation. At the same time it is allowed to make calculation cash within one contract in the amount up to the 100-fold size of basic settlement size established in the republic with use of cash registers;

cash revenue is subject collection (delivery in banks) in accordance with the established procedure;

legal entities - producers of consumer goods can enable retail sale of goods of own production through the corporate shops, including the productions organized on site, or the stationary outlets belonging to them or leased by them in accordance with the established procedure is exclusive with use of cash registers of the established samples, settlement terminals on acceptance of payments according to plastic cards.
