1. No. 229 "About enhancement of the relations in the field of purchases of goods (works, services) at the expense of own means" to add appendix 1 to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2012 with Items 61 and 62 of the following content:

"61. Purchases by "Belarusian National Biotechnological Corporation" private company for own needs of amino acids and other components for production of forages for animals on condition of implementation of these purchases at producers or their sales organizations (official sales representatives), except as specified, when such purchases are economically inexpedient or impossible.

62. Purchases of agro-industrial complex by the organizations at "Belarusian National Biotechnological Corporation" private company of the amino acids made by it and other components for production of forages for animals at the prices below the posted maximum prices provided by the working group created according to the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Belarus of June 19, 2009 No. 63r.".

2. To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food together with interested to take measures for implementation of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
