1.2. Interaction of the Bank of Russia and actuaries during selection is performed electronically according to the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of November 3, 2017 No. 4600-U "About order of interaction of the Bank of Russia with credit institutions, not credit financial credit institutions and other participants of information exchange when using of information resources of the Bank of Russia, including personal account by them", the registered Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 11, 2018 No. 49605.
The actuary in case of the direction of information through personal account shall specify in the field "Cover letter" of the word "Selection of Actuaries for Conducting Check of Not Credit Financial Credit Institution".
1.3. The documents submitted by the actuary during selection shall be constituted in Russian and are signed by the actuary.
