About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1. In Article 2 part one:

To add 2) with Item 31-1 of the following content:

"31-1) properties of budgetary institution - property (in the value given in the Civil code of Ukraine) which belongs to the state-owned or utility property and are assigned to budgetary institution according to the legislation".

2. Third of Article 9 to add part with Item 2-1 of the following content:

7. In Article 16:

1) in part one:
