Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2010 No. 169-Z "About the objects which are only in property of the state, and types of activity to which implementation the exclusive right of the state" the following changes extends:
1. In Item 1 of Article 7:
in subitem 1.16.3 of the word of "bank of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word of "bank";
from subitems 1. 1.31.1 and 1.31.2 words "Republic of Belarus" to exclude 30,.
2. In Item 1 of Article 10:
in subitem 1.8 of the word "bank of the Republic of Belarus" and "prosecutor's office of the Republic of Belarus" to replace respectively with words "bank" and "prosecutor's office";
exclude subitem 1.19.
Article 2. This Law becomes effective after its official publication.
