1) in Article 8:

a) state part 4 in the following edition:

"4. If on the date of early termination of powers of the member of the Federation Council - the representative from executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation it will be determined that any candidate from the list of candidates specified in parts 1 and 1.1 of article 4 of this Federal Law cannot be given authority the member of the Federation Council, can be the candidate for granting of power to the member of the Federation Council:

1) deputy of legislative (representative) public authority of this subject of the Russian Federation. At the same time if all deputies of legislative (representative) public authority of this subject of the Russian Federation are elected on single-candidate constituencies, the deputy of this body given authority to the member of the Federation Council - the representative from executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation having the right to combine implementation of powers of the member of the Federation Council and deputy of legislative (representative) public authority of the subject of the Russian Federation;

2) deputy of the State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation:
