Article 15 to add 1) with subitem 7.1 of the following content:

"7. 1) it is discharged from military service in bodies of the Federal Security Service, - for a period of up to five years from the date of dismissal from military service. The procedure for decision making about restriction of the right to departure from the Russian Federation on the basis provided by this subitem is established by federal executive body in the field of safety;";

2) in part one of Article 18 of the word "1 and 2" shall be replaced with words "1, 2 and 7.1".
