1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine of September 2, 2014 No. 368 "About approval of the Procedure for the organization of holding auctions in bankruptcy proceeding and requirements to their organizers concerning property of the state companies which belong to the management sphere the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 18, 2014 for No. 1135/25912.
2. Provide to administrative department submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective since October 21, 2019, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the State secretary A.I.Zayts's MFA.
