About modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation regarding implementation of register model of provision of the state services in licensing of separate types of activity

Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of December 27, 1991 No. 2124-1 "About mass media" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1992, No. 7, Art. 300; Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 24, Art. 2256; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2011, No. 25, Art. 3535; 2012, No. 31, Art. 4322; 2014, No. 42, Art. 5613; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4788; 2018, No. 45, Art. 6835; 2019, No. 49, Art. 6985) following changes:

1) in Article 31:

a) in part one "issued" to replace the word with the word "provided";

b) the seventh to state part in the following edition:

"Data on the used radio frequencies, on line item of TV channel or radio channel in multiplex (distribution of several TV channels and radio channels with use of one radio frequency), parameters of satellite broadcasting, the program concept of broadcasting declared when tendering (tender, auction) are introduced by the licensing body in the record of the register of licenses containing data on the provided license.";

"The statement for provision of the license and documents attached to it, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, the license applicant has the right to provide to the licensing body or to the multipurpose center of provision of the state and municipal services if the corresponding service is provided through the multipurpose centers of provision of the state and municipal services in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, on paper directly or to direct the registered mail with the assurance of receipt.";
