Article 1

"6.1. The corporation of development of small and medium entrepreneurship will organize according to the procedure and on conditions which are established by the board of directors of corporation of development of small and medium entrepreneurship, rendering on paid basis of services based on the contracts (agreements) signed with persons which are not subjects of small and medium entrepreneurship, including with the legal entities who are customers of goods, works, services according to the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities", except as specified, provided by Items 2 - 5 parts 4 of this Article.".
