Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of January 10, 1996 No. 4-FZ "About land reclamation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 3, Art. 142; 2003, No. 2, Art. 167; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2005, No. 1, Art. 25; 2006, No. 52, Art. 5498; 2007, No. 27, Art. 3213; 2008, No. 20, Art. 2251; No. 29, Art. 3418; 2009, No. 1, Art. 17; 2011, No. 49, Art. 7015; 2014, No. 42, Art. 5615; 2015, No. 1, Art. 52; 2016, No. 15, Art. 2066) following changes:

1) in Article 2:

a) in paragraph one of the word "In This Federal Law" shall be replaced with words "For the purposes of this Federal Law";

b) word in paragraph three of "protective systems" shall be replaced with words "meliorative protective";

c) in paragraph seven of the word "antierosion and pastbishchezashchitny" shall be replaced with words "meliorative protective";

d) to add the paragraph of the eighth after the words "and also" with the word "meliorative";

e) the ninth after the words "and also" to add the paragraph with the word "meliorative";
