1) in Article 1:

a) to state Item 3 of part 1 in the following edition:

2) regarding 1 Article 3:

a) in Item 8 of the word "the agreement signed" shall be replaced with words "the civil agreement which subject are delivery of goods, performance of work, rendering service (including real estate acquisition or lease of property) and which is signed";

b) add with Items 8.1 and 8.2 of the following content:
