Article 1

Item 3 of part 1 of Article 26 to add 1) with words ", and also concerning internal sea waters";

2) regarding the 2nd Article 67.1:

a) state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3) antiflood actions, including actions for increase in handling capacity of beds of the rivers, their dredging and rectification, clearing of water objects;";

b) add with item 4 of the following content:

"4) actions for prevention of destruction of coast, including actions for upolazhivaniye of coast of water objects, their biogenic fixing, strengthening sand-gravel and riprap, to terracing of slopes.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
