About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About voluntary consolidation of territorial communities" concerning simplification of the procedure of approval of perspective plans of forming of the territories of communities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About voluntary consolidation of territorial communities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 13, the Art. 91) the following changes:

1. To add part one of Article 4 with Item 6 of the following content:

"6) consolidation of territorial communities is performed according to perspective plans of forming of the territories of communities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, area".

2. Third of Article 11 to state part in the following edition:

"3. The perspective plan of forming of the territories of communities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, area affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on representation of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the relevant regional public administration".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine within three months from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
