"Article 5.2. Informing citizens on measures of social protection (support), social services, other social guarantees and payments
1. The citizen has the right to obtain the personified information created in the Single state information system of social security on the rights arising in connection with event which approach gives it opportunity of receipt of measures of social protection (support), the social services provided within social servicing and the government public assistance, other social guarantees and payments and also information on conditions of their appointment and provision:
1) with use of the single portal of the state and municipal services by means of the direction to it of notifications (from its consent);
2) with use of the selected telephone number (free of charge) in case of obligatory identification of the citizen according to the requirements established by the legislation of the Russian Federation in case of provision of the personified information;
